For our office in Allschwil, Switzerland, we are looking for a:
Technical Expert – Italy
Handle incoming and outgoing communication for retailers and consumers through various communication channels and platforms: phone, email, B2B
Country level commercial and technical support
Handle incoming warranty claims and answer high level technical questions from internal and external customers
Deliver product quality feedback & analysis to other departments
Achieve and maintain indicated communication service levels
Customer database maintenance and order related administration
Assist and participate on local and European wide tradeshows and events
Maintain positive open lines of communication with Company management and other departments in order to contribute to a smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization
Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function
Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned
We are looking for a fast learning, proactive and resourceful person, willing to assume responsibilities. Service and customer orientated communication should come natural to you. It’s essential for the candidate to be fluent in English, verbal and written.
Also a must is a native speaker in Italian.
The successful candidate preferably has a High School diploma with 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment, good technical understanding of bicycles and cycling apparel & accessories. Requirements also include proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus, communication, customer service relationship and service skills.
